The Developers

Fenway Triangle Trilogy was developed in a joint-venture between Samuels & Associates and Boylston Properties. In August 2004, the partnership broke ground on this 1-million-square-foot, mixed-use development situated on 2.2 acres in the heart of the Fenway neighborhood. The building consists of 576 units of luxury apartments, 42,000 square of retail space and three levels of underground parking. Retail and residential units opened in June of 2006 and were 95% leased within the year.
